**Role Overview**:
As the Influencer and Brand Partnership Coordinator, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand's reach and engagement by building strong relationships with influencers and partners across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive the success of our influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proficient in tracking and evaluating campaign performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to promote Happy Travels.
- Develop and expand our affiliate program to drive sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that highlights our travel experiences.
- Negotiate partnership and sponsorship deals to enhance marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms for new partnership opportunities.

- Passion for adventure and travel.
- Understanding of the youth tourism market.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong passion for social media.
