Job Description

**Marketing Coordinator**
- Full time, 12-month contract
- Preferably based in Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Armidale or Dubbo but other locations within our regional network will be considered
- Total Rem Package $77,000 - $90,000 (includes super + leave loading)

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a genuine passion to help us execute on our brand promise.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support a high-performing team in project managing and delivering impactful campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. No two days will look the same, and you will be a critical force in making it all happen.
- Use your creativity to design engaging content for advertising, social media, and member communications.
- Liaise with external media, creative agencies and other stakeholders to keep communication smooth and bring campaigns to life.
- Use media monitoring tools to gain insights on how our brand is perceived, identify trends and help the business make informed decisions about our marketing strategies.
- Balance meticulous attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
- Assist in sponsorship, events, and community engagement activities.

**We’re Looking For**
- Someone with a qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or strong marketing knowledge ready to be applied in practice.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate projects and manage time effectively.
- Current knowledge of digital and social media marketing trends and monitoring tools such as Meta, Meltwater, Microsoft forms, and MESA framework.
- Someone who owns their own work and follows through with energy and accountability.
