Based in Parramatta, due to business growth, a new and unique opportunity has become available for a **Salesforce Technology Specialist / Consultant. **We are looking for a Salesforce Technology Specialist to work with internal and external Salesforce expertise and meet company CRM objectives.

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Organise, plan, and manage Salesforce projects to meet business objectives
- Design, operate and integrate salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Manage multiple stakeholders engagements and work with associated team members to facilitate business process analysis sessions.
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience

**To be successful in this role you must offer the following**:

- 3-5 Years working experience in Salesforce with strong focus on Salesforce sales/service cloud.
- Exposure to Marketing cloud is desirable.
- Background in CRM process design and implementations
- Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit
