**Salesforce Program Delivery Manager**
**Parramatta/WFH**
**6 Months Contract**
Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Salesforce Program Delivery Manager’.
**Key Criteria**:
- 5+ years of demonstrable project delivery and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrable experience with Agile projects including the adoption of Agile methods both inside and outside of software teams
- An understanding of CRM technologies with previous Salesforce experience being essential.
- A solid technical understanding of software implementation and development processes and practices
- Relevant project delivery certifications such as ICAgile and / or Scrum Master certifications
- Excellent documentation skills
- A deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and change management processes
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Azure Devops
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and project delivery
- Excellent communication skills that can span all levels of the business and are relevant, appropriate and timely
- Self-confident with the ability to maintain presence and composure in high pressure environments
- Focused on achieving outcomes with high levels of initiative and drive
- Exceptional client service skills; an active listener who is able to provide clarity and solve the right problems
- A team player who builds relationships based on trust and can work cooperatively
In possession of a growth mindset
- It is expected that Salesforce Delivery Managers will hold industry and platform specific certifications.
