Salesforce Business Analyst

As a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and improvement within the Aboriginal Housing Office's (AHO) internal and external Salesforce platform, Ngamuru. This cutting-edge platform supports property and tenancy management, contracts, compliance, and additional functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and support best practice in Salesforce systems design, leveraging your expertise to drive organisational success.
- Provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Support cross-division collaboration with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships and achieving shared goals.
- Monitor and advise on Salesforce product development and future directions, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring the organisation remains competitive.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Salesforce systems, showcasing your ability to drive business value.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to work across diverse work streams and manage competing priorities in a changing environment, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven experience working within the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of delivering services to tenants and maintaining housing stock, bringing valuable expertise to the role.
