The opportunity

You will manage a team of 8 to 10 Application Support Analysts through the operational maintenance of our products and provides technical support and advice to end users in an ITIL based environment. Manage and mentor the team, leading and coaching them towards reaching key objectives.

You other responsibilities include
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the Application Services team deliver a consistent level of service.

Your story so far

You will have:

- Experience in raising SR's with the Pega product support team and being able to close out product issues in time
- Experience in implementing Pega Security Model. Experience in implementing Authentication & Authorization patterns in Pega
- Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ series
- Strong understanding of Pega Database design and experience in issue triage and root cause analysis by going through the Pega logs
- Understand the PRPC architecture and experience in PRPC version 8.x will be preferred.
