We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industry Training Consultant to join our team and drive the growth of our traineeship and apprenticeship programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and education providers to promote traineeships and apprenticeships at Lead College.
- Support and mentor trainees and apprentices throughout their training journey, ensuring they receive the highest quality education and hands-on experience.
- Work closely with employers to identify workforce training needs and develop tailored training solutions that align with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, government policies, and training program requirements.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and apprentices, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimize their learning outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, apprenticeship requirements, and best practices in vocational education.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in vocational education, training, or workforce development, particularly with traineeships and apprenticeships.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific training needs and the ability to create customized training plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employers, trainees, apprentices, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements within the traineeship and apprenticeship sectors.
- Passion for supporting students' career growth and helping them achieve their goals.

Pay: $69,098.00 - $90,000.00 per year
