For this role, you will be based onsite at one of our clients, a large organisation with offices based in Parramatta.

**Position**

You will be a 1st point of contact and provide 1st level Application Support services to several thousand users spread across different sites, mostly around HR & Payroll platforms & inquiries.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Perform user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software
- Updating clients at all stages of the process
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incidents volume.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1+ year in Customer service position, ideally previous experience working in a call center with high volume of calls.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira hihgly regarded
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Available to start ASAP and work through the Christmas period
