Our client is a growing Software company focusing within the Healthcare sector looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team.

This is a newly created permanent role paying $80,000 based in Parramatta. You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week for the first few months to build relationships with the team and get training, then it will move to a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Support desk ticketing system and responding to them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist and escalate software and network issues via CRM system
- Foster positive end-user relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with customers through day-to-day interactions including consistent feedback and communication
- Escalate and manage issues with development team to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems
- Develop end-user manuals, handover documentation, and other resources to support operationalisation of systems
- Attends meetings and training as required by Manager.
- Perform users call backs and monitor incoming calls

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or extensive relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Able to effectively work within cross functional virtual teams
- Demonstrated experience following IT change management procedures
- Experience with CRM system a bonus
