**About this role**:
Seeking a distinctive Showroom Sales & Account Manager for a rapidly growing wholesale & trade Rug & Furniture company. Continue the journey of creation & expansion.
For over 15 years, our client’s exclusive rug designs have been finely handcrafted to add comfort and style into living spaces across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
- Meet & greet clients that come into the showroom providing a professional sales experience
- Ability to create and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders and clients
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, providing quotations and data input to ensure that follow-up and service excellence is maintained
- Liaise with the manufacturing team as required, relating to order issues, delivery bookings, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of company events and oversee the progression of projects as required
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in the interior design industry
- Have a keen interest in interior design
- Must have friendly nature, immaculate presentation and solid work ethics
- A positive attitude and an extremely high level of enthusiasm, initiative and self-drive
- Be a highly adept communicator and presenter
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English
- Established interior design contacts are preferable.
