**What You Will Be Doing**

The Personal Assistant/Project Assistant has responsibility for providing one on one support to the Director Redevelopment as well as overall support to the project team. This role requires confidence with managing competing priorities and deadlines, facilitating workshops and meetings, assisting with reporting requirements and supporting the project team to deliver capital projects in a timely, safe and collaborative manner.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Previous experience in a personal assistant/ administrative role
- The ability to organise resources and establish priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Well developed customer service skills
- Proven organisational skills - willing to multi-task and operate in a challenging fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Role model Peninsula Health values and behaviours.
