**The opportunity
Bupa are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional assistance to the General Managers of Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity and Medical and Ancillary Partnerships within the Healthcare Management (HCM) Team. You’ll bring exceptional planning and structure to enable an efficient partnership and organised working environment for the leaders and their teams.
- This is a permanent full-time position which can be based from our Melbourne offices when you are not working from home. (Bupa offers hybrid working and you can work from the office or at home)_

**How will I help?**
- Finance administration and expense management by ensuring any corporate credit card purchases are processed by the end of each month and creating purchase orders where required.
- Assisting with broader team administration in the areas of travel, property, and HR activities. Provide a point of coordination and assist with the onboarding of new starters.
- Coordinate LT team meetings, team building and engagement activities, as well as help manage team communications platforms.
- Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the General Managers or immediate team members.

**What do I need?**
- Intermediate experience providing structured assistance to senior leaders in a corporate Articulate, professional and confident in liaising with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated and comfortable solving problems proactively and collaboratively.
- Given the portfolios of the General Manager’s that this position supports, prior experience in contract or relationship management and/or event planning would be highly desirable.
