Theeca is a neighbourhood cafe & wine bar and a cool casual eatery in the heart of Darlinghurst. As a music venue and creative space, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and diverse atmosphere.

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team with a strong focus on ensuring customers have the best experience.

Note: Bar Manager will be compensated on a salary basis, which is negotiable based on the experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities of Cafe Manager
- Coffee making
- Overseeing daily cafe operations for smooth functioning
- Managing FOH staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of health, hygiene and safety.
- Maintain strict stock and financial control and records.
- Inventory Management, ongoing restocking of bar fridges and stock levels in general.
- Assisting in staffing and rostering of the venue where required.
- Stock receiving and invoice entering
- Proven experience in cafe management including experience as a barista
- Great customer service and attention to detail
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team leader skills
- Experience & education in food, coffee and wine service
- Excellent organisation and time management skills

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
