**About the role**- Lead a diverse multidisciplinary team across Stimulant Services, ADS-Outpatient, Burton Street Centre Youth Service and Assertive Community Management teams.- Drive innovative, client-centred care and oversee day-to-day operations to meet quality, financial and performance targets.- Shape new models of care and champion quality improvement across St Vincent’s Alcohol and Drug Service.- Represent ADS at key committees and sector forums to influence service delivery and policy direction.- Make a real difference in the lives of people affected by alcohol and drug use while delivering on our Mission objectives.

**About you**- Qualified & experienced - tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline (or equivalent experience) with deep knowledge of drug and alcohol policy, treatment and harm-minimization approaches.- Proven leader - strong track record managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams, driving day-to-day operations and quality improvement projects.- Clinical insight & innovation - experience in contemporary drug and alcohol treatment, including counselling, brief interventions and pharmacotherapy, and contributing to policy and service development.- Excellent communicator - confident negotiator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with patients, staff and external stakeholders.- Organized & adaptable - exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing workloads in a complex, fast-paced environment.
