TMT Marketing has been operating in QLD for over 3 years now in kiosks for HelloFresh and YouFoodz.

We are looking for a kiosk team leader with direct sales experience. This represents a great opportunity to join a team that’s experiencing a very exciting phase of growth You will take guidance and work closely with the owner and other seniors to deliver sales volume, coach & develop new campaign members and scale campaigns across a diverse client range.

**Your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Support and coach a team of sales representatives across various direct sales campaigns - mainly in shopping centres
- Implement coaching strategies and workshops to increase sales performance.
- Work closely with team members to achieve their personal sales goals.
- Map out a monthly/quarterly plan with the owner and Director to achieved desired target growth for clients we represent.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven track record of success in direct sales, within the shopping centre or door to door space. If you do not have experience in one of these sectors please do not apply, as this is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel around the metro area of Brisbane and do regional road trips across greater QLD.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $68,215.44 - $141,385.69 per year
