Join a collaborative and supportive team of TA professionals who provide talent acquisition outcomes to several growing health and community portfolios. You will enjoy working with the TA Leadership team to coach, mentor and lead a team of 7 TA professionals to deliver positive TA outcomes that achieve the required metrics for each business and program within the Acute Therapy portfolio. This is an allied health portfolio that delivers therapy services to children, adults and vulnerable people across Australia and New Zealand.

A blend of operational, strategic and transactional; you will have complete people leadership responsibilities as well as running end-to-end recruitment processes when required. There will also be the opportunity to collaborate with the TA Manager and Head of TA to lead and or execute various projects and initiatives including DEI.

**You will make an impact by**:
Managing and coaching your teams’ performance to increase positive service delivery outcomes

Defining and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies through collaboration with Employer Brand, Marketing and TA

Supporting APM’s Graduate program

To be successful in this role
You bring with you a deep TA expertise and experience gained across multiple sectors including health and allied health. Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset will see you positively contribute to the team culture and direction.
