**Your role**
This portfolio is for someone looking for variety and an opportunity for a broader risk management role.
Reporting to the General Counsel, key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the Compliance Framework
- Develop and update Compliance Manuals & Policies
- Manage incidents, errors & breaches
- Provide compliance input to strategic projects
- Conduct internal reviews and implement efficiencies in compliance and risk management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of broader compliance initiatives;
- Manage compliance audits - regulatory, client and internal
- Manage, develop, and update the Business Continuity Plan
- Manage contract compliance
- Manage, develop, and update the internal audit plan
- Support the management and resolution of conflicts
- Train staff
- Other compliance duties, advisory and administrative

**About you**
- 2-3 years Compliance or Risk Management experience;
- Exposure to Risk Managers, external auditors, and regulatory bodies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Pro-active and positive attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth orientated environment.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
