**About the Company**
Diversa Trustees Limited (DTL) and its related company CCSL Limited are both specialist Trustee companies focussing on superannuation funds in Australia, including retail master trusts, corporate funds, platform (wraps), Pooled Superannuation Trusts, Eligible Rollover Funds and insurance only funds.
Both companies have been in operation for many years and combined provide trustee services to approximately 24 APRA regulated superannuation funds with in excess of $8 billion of assets under management. The group holds significant market share amongst Extended Public Offer licensees, making it the largest EPO Licensee in Australia by number of funds.
Our model is differentiated in the Australian marketplace as our fundamental approach is to ‘partner’ with client organisations to achieve successful outcomes. We strive to be innovative and proactive in assisting clients achieve their objectives and commercial outcomes, while at the same time placing an emphasis on compliance and ‘best practice’ corporate governance.
**The Role**
This includes but not limited to:
- Support Account Executives in implementing regulatory change and ongoing compliance with regulatory obligation with its Fund Promoters. You may occasionally be required to attend client meetings with the relevant account executives
- Providing Risk and Compliance reporting to Board, Committee and Senior Management on risk and compliance matters
- Support business units in completing operational risk assessments and oversee that risk and controls are reviewed and tested, including BCP
- Ongoing Risk and Compliance training for staff with the aim to drive risk and compliance culture within the organisation
- Complete risk and compliance assessments on incidents and complaints and to escalate any protentional systemic issues or reportable breaches to the Office of the Superannuation Trustee (OST)
- Provide compliance review and endorsement across various fund related disclosure documents such as the Product Disclosure Statement, Target Market Determinations, Significant event notices, marketing and various member facing communications.
- Work closely with the Office of Super Trustee Team (OST) in the implementation of Regulatory Change, and updates to new or existing policies and procedures.
- Assist with various operational projects (oversight & endorsement)
- Assist with remediation activities as the result of incidents or complaints (oversight & endorsement)
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Business and/or Risk Management or significant relevant industry experience
- Post graduate / industry certifications in related areas will be well regarded
- Significant experience (5 years +) in regulatory compliance, risk management, legal and/or audit functions
- Financial Services Industry experience, particularly in relation to superannuation and managed funds.
