**About the role at NIB Group**

As the Employment Practices Specialist, you’ll play a lead role working across a range of projects and initiatives relating to employment practices, legislative and award compliance, developing and reviewing HR policies and supporting harmonisation of employment terms, conditions across the Group.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- Organizational Culture Development - Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture

**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
