For our corporate office located at Sydney Internertional Airport we are looking for an Inbound Officer. The Inbound Officer will participate in planning formulation in the area of logistics. The Inbound Officer will provide operational and technical support, and assist with the continuous development and improvement on practices, systems and procedures in accordance with company standards and Australian regulations.**Inbound Officer**

Your new job includes
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipment deliveries within a unique environment. Resolve and respond to shipment discrepancy issues
- Liaise and coordinate with logistics service provider and purchasing team on shipment arrangement
- Monitor inbound status to align with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Gain detailed knowledge of 3PL provider procedures, leading ongoing reviews of inbound processes.
- Assist in preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring all shipping is compliant with all Australian and international regulations
- Support and assist in the development of the supply chain (asset management, warehousing, and management)
- Take initiative in management improvement in the logistic function

What you should bring along
- Extensive knowledge of Australia custom importation and documentation requirement
- Previous experience in warehouse handling inbound and outbound, and overall inventory movement
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and INCOTERMS
- Previous experience in SAP or similar ERP system
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to work autonomously, as well as within a team
- Proven commitment to all aspects of Health Safety Environment and Security
