- Inbound Banking Customer Service role
- Starting late August

This role is with a national provider of home loans who are seeking a number of customer service operators to join their expanding team. This position involves dealing with inbound calls only
- **No sales **You will be answering home loan inquiries, resolving escalations and providing superior customer service.

The Call Centre is open 7 days a week with operating hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and work a Saturday or a Sunday every 5 weeks on a rotating roster. In this role, you would be answering approximately 40 inbound calls a day.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Receive inbound calls and actively communicating with customers to identify and understand their enquiry and resolve in timely manner
- Seek to resolve any issues, problems or concerns - take ownership of problems and find effective win win solutions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Record and capture all activity and keep file notes up to date
- Provide a personal interface between the Client and the Customer
- Source and share information with team members
- Responsible for producing high quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines

**Experience & Skills**
- Call centre or customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working towards KPI’s
- Excellent customer service and phone manner
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- **Complete availability Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm.**:

- **Availability to work one weekend day every 5 weeks on a rotating roster.**:

- **Permanent Resident /Australian Citizen/ Full working rights.**:

- **Willing to undergo a national/international police check and bankruptcy check.
