We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a genuine passion for growing a business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets assigned by the company.
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Support sales agents and retailers in the offline promotion.
- Plan, strategize, and set goals and targets with distributors to promote growth and improve sales, providing necessary support to achieve sales goals.
- Provide personalized service and support to assigned key accounts by providing timely and accurate responses to all escalated concerns and questions.
- Deliver multiple reports, including detailed feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and industry trends.
- Analyse sales data and manipulate it to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with team members to promote and gain new business for the company.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the cosmetics and wellness industry.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with enthusiasm for speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve set tasks and goals.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, analytical skills and results-driven.
- Able to speak Mandarin and English at a business level.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Eligibility and rights to work in Australia.
