The Role: Administrative Assistant (Mandarin & English Speaking)

We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Mandarin to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This full-time position involves daily coordination across warehouse activities, transportation, and administrative tasks, with key systems including SAP and Transporium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams
  • Process orders, inventory, and shipments using SAP
  • Coordinate warehouse picking and ensure accurate documentation
  • Use Transporium for transportation planning and tracking
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Transporium (or similar systems)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Knowledge of inventory control and transport planning
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
