We are multi site operators with locations all across Sydney and are looking for a high achiever to fill a club manager position.

**CLUB MANAGER**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day to day running of the club and operations
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out
- Servicing sales and new members
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S
- Building your own team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive - offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
- Supervisory or Management experience - take initiative and responsibility
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Previous sales skills are essential

**Experience/Knowledge/Qualification**:

- Certificate III or IV in fitness (highly desirable not essential)
- First Aid/CPR certificate/WWCC Essential

Full-Time Position (38 hours p/week)

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- Australia (required)
