Top Impression Bakery is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s presence across digital and traditional platforms while supporting the growth of our popular bakery business.

About the RoleAs our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain brand identity through the development of marketing guidelines, ensuring consistent presentation across all platforms.
- Plan and deliver public relations initiatives, securing exposure through media outreach, partnerships, and promotional events.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including collaborations with key partners and lifestyle brands, to strengthen customer loyalty and boost sales performance.
- Lead digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and content optimisation, to grow online visibility and e-commerce revenue.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to create targeted campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

- Enhance online conversion rates and customer engagement through data-driven strategies and improved user experience.
- Grow social media presence by delivering creative, impactful campaigns that increase followers and brand recognition.
- Contribute directly to the expansion of the brand’s profile within both local and international markets.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least two years of proven marketing experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
