This one of a kind, luxury hotel is looking for a bright, bubbly and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team. With a focus on training, development, recruitment and managing systems - you will be the go-to person, connecting all departments and representing one of the best hotels in the country.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, the General Manager and The Regional People and Culture Director, you will be responsible for this stunning property, with a positive, growth-focussed mindset, highly organised and with a desire to make a real impact.

**About the role**
- Providing input into the development of the Human Resources strategy and executing this in conjunction with your team;
- Providing sound advice, coaching and support to Managers on recruitment and human resources issues in alignment with the venue’s processes and policy documentation;
- Managing resource planning and allocation, recruitment, and on boarding/induction of all staff, and exit interviews as required;
- Continually developing your knowledge of legislation and other HR challenges and advancements and educating your team accordingly;
- Manage all ER matters including conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, conduct and performance dismissals, redeployment and redundancy consultations;
- Managing the annual performance review process including providing advice to managers and staff.
- Have creative approach, think outside the box on creating positive workplace culture, team engagement and bonding

**What you need**

Along with a proven background in a senior capacity within a hotel in their Human Resources team, you will bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and energetically within a dynamic organisation, by being proactive, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience within the Hospitality Sector.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage a number of competing priorities.
- Thorough attention to detail and excellent personal presentation
- An excellent understanding of the hospitality sector and experience in the hotel industry is crucial for this role
