About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will suit someone who's confident owning end-to-end campaigns across both local and national marketing, while also being hands-on with content, CRM and digital delivery.
You'll report to the CMO and work closely with other senior leaders, internal teams, creative agencies, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver local area marketing (LAM) campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
- Manage the execution of national brand campaigns, aligning messaging across channels.
- Create and manage content for digital channels – website, social, email, and blogs.
- Analyse campaign performance data and report on ROI and optimisation strategies.
- Oversee marketing for new site launches and service offerings.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and agencies to maintain strong brand identity.
- Manage budgets, track vendor invoices, and ensure cost-effective marketing spend.
- Support CRM campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Coordinate branded materials, promotional items, and visual assets.
- Assist with sponsorships, local events, and promotional partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally across multi-site or multi-brand businesses.
- Strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Background in healthcare or consumer services is a bonus, not a must.
- Confident working across content creation, CRM/email marketing, and campaign management.
- Comfortable working with analytics and data to assess performance.
- Experience using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, CMS tools.
