**About the role**:
We are looking for someone smart, fun and passionate to join the team at Flip. You will get to:

- Work in a fast paced, fun and passionate team of ex-founders, top tier consultants and venture builders
- Learn and gain first hand experience in, cross-channel marketing, innovation and general start-up wizardry
- Take on large pieces of ownership and responsibility from day one

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Partnerships Manager will be responsible for helping

to develop and manage brand to brand sponsorships, events and commercial partnerships for Flip Insurance.
- Provide support to the Head of Growth in developing pipeline of commercial opportunities, including outreach, proposal development and presentation
- Negotiate terms and draw up partnership agreements
- Service commercial partners to ensure the successful execution of all rights and deliverables for key activations
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure our rights are delivered
- Develop any on-site sponsor activations and work closely with our agencies and contractors to ensure the correct execution
- Represent the brand and ensure partners are providing outstanding service to Flip at the events when required
- Maintain records for post-partnership recaps, information packs and other KPIs to share with partners
- Provide administrative support to the team in developing processes and communications to partners and to track financial and invoicing and social and digital engagement

**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a passionate and structured person to spearhead the next phase of growth through new and exciting partnerships. The key skills and experience we are looking for are as follows:

- Good understanding of sponsorship and partnership deliverables
- Creative, innovative with a strong understanding of brands and how they market
- Strong partnership and relationship building skills
- Passionate about tech, activities and adventure
- High attention to detail
- Good with customer communications (polite, engaging, positive, empathetic)
- Curious and a good problem solver
- Confident and happy taking ownership
- Strong work ethic and a passion for working in a start-up environment
- 3-5 years experience of sales and account servicing or at a marketing / sponsorship or events agency
- Understanding and appreciation of our brand and products
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
