**The client**:
One of Sydney’s best dental teams who prides themselves in
their depth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to fine
dentistry. Stylish offices in the CBD and the eastern suburbs, this
modern practice is seeking a Business Manager to join their busy state of the
individual who will be able to hit the ground running to provide management,
leadership and vision to ensure the organisation meets its short-term and
long-term objectives. Help create policies and a practice culture that
strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue.

**Duties include**:

- Executive

team meetings
- Oversee

operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture

ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Ensure

effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance

management, and retention
- Directly oversee operations,

HR, and accounting, production/revenue
- Monitor

performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and

prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Escalation

point for any patient complaints, AHPRA matters, legal matters
- Workplace

Employment

**Qualifications skills and experience**:

- Several

years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree

qualified in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting
