**Your new company**
Is a fast paced environment with lots to do and lots to learn. My client is a bulge-bracket bank and they are currently looking for a Junior Business Manager to join their Global Banking Department. If you are a proactive and driven self-starter then this opportunity is suitable for you

**Your new role**
- Management and review of various global compliance related metrics, including: transaction ‘information boxes’, security access, IT systems access, global transaction metric testing and review
- Primary contact for Transaction approval queries and coordination of local transaction approval meetings
- Overseeing the day to day management of the front to back control environment
- Coordinating supporting units, managing relationships with Operations, Legal, Compliance & ORC, Finance, GIA (Group Internal Audit) and other stakeholders
- Review of existing policies and procedures in light of regulatory changes or incidents
- Responsible for the production of presentations for senior management, including staff updates and management presentations
- Reporting of pipeline forecasting and financial performance
- Co-ordination of new joiner/ leaver process with relevant stakeholders
- Office management including coordination with IT, Security, Facilities and Accounts Payable

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role preferred, otherwise knowledge of investment banking or relevant control function is preferred
- 5 years+ of professional experience
- Degree in Finance / Law or equivalent
- Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
- Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels of the
- organisation
- Incredibly organised, with an innate sense of how to prioritize when handling multiple competing
- priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure
