Business Services Manager - Professional Practice - Brisbane CBD - $110k-$140k
**Your new role**
As a Manager within the Business Services Team, you are responsible for contributing to the operational performance of the company, including supporting the financial performance of the business, maintaining technical knowledge and driving customer excellence through effective delivery of taxation and business services.
You will oversee a team including Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Administration, reviewing junior team member work and scheduling compliance. You will have direct client contact in collaboration with the Associate Director to drive the development of the company to coincide with client and team initiatives.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Demonstrated taxation and business knowledge to a senior level alongside business advisory experience including developing and delivering strategic projects
You will need to have proven people management and leadership experience, with the ability to develop junior team members. Strong client communications as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and within client teams
