**About the Role**:
As a Change & Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the change and transition as we modernise our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Use your background in supporting complex projects and change management to ensure comprehensive data and documentation, fast adaptation and streamlined communication across the Coles supply chain network.

You will also:

- Support with the scope of program phases and identify all transition requirements across all affected business units
- Take the lead on conducting impact assessments and workforce planning with a focus on future state requirements
- Support with the creation and documentation of transition strategy and delivery plan including roll-back plan and business continuity planning
- Build and utilise detailed reporting and data tracking to accurately track program timelines
- Work closely with impacted stakeholders and develop/facilitate training sessions for relevant users

**About you and your skills**:
With developed leadership, project management and change management skills you will have the ability to have genuine impact and see projects through to tangible outcomes.

You will also have:

- Previous exposure to developing change impact assessments and ability to develop position descriptions
- Expert level knowledge in analytical tools such as excel or power BI
- Experience or awareness of POSCI change methodology
- An understanding of Supply Chain is advantages
