To understand our merchandise business, we need to understand our customers. That’s why you’ll find us working across all business units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. Supermarkets is one of the largest teams at Coles, but we’re a close-knit group that come from all over the world. We’re passionate about working at the forefront of merchandising and making sure our customers have quality products at the right price.

**About the role**:
As a Change Analyst you will work closely with the Transformation Change Manager and interact with varied Project Managers and stakeholders across the Commercial space. You will support the design, development and deliver internal transformational change and communication for the commercial business. As part of this role, you will also:

- Support the development of change management approaches, strategies, and plans for varied transformational pieces of work
- Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans which will include tailored key messages for impacted audiences
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues with potential impact on delivery of change activities
- Assist in the preparation of varied reports on change plans against critical pathways

**About you and your skills**:
In this exciting new role, you will have the opportunity to bring your proven stakeholder manage skills and end to end project delivery to have genuine impact in the work you will do You will also have:

- Ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity
- Previous experience in varied project delivery
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels
- Proven ability to work autonomously by meeting own deadlines, manage priorities and adapt to moving timeframes
- Experience with agile ways of working is preferable, but not essential
