Customer Service Officer

**About The Role**:
**ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**, is currently seeking a **Customer Service Officer** to join our tight-knit team, where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You'll become part of a successful team at our **Thomastown** branch, where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain stock levels
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Merchandising
- Receipt of stock and checking invoices
- Maximising sales opportunities
- General administration duties

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires attention to detail and time management skills to efficiently meet our customer’s needs.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a similar customer service/sales and administration role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients and establish strong rapport
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded.
- Team player and can multi-task well
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
