A family owned and operated Salon furniture business which is growing rapidly.
Looking for bubbly and bright customer service advisor to handle our warranty side of the business.
**Responsibilities for this role will include**:
- Ensure warranty parts are tagged and filed away in chronological order - readily available if requested by management
- Ensure tagged warranty parts are matched against repair order prior to submitting claim
- Ensure correct authority is given prior to repairs
- Attach all documentation to justify repairs.
- Submit warranty claims accurately and within allocated timeframes
- Coordinate with customers and repair team to book in any onsite repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate and work closely with the repair team to ensure correct warranty processes are being followed.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria**:
- Proven experience in warranty processing
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Able to have a laugh (very important)
