We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to work at our Brisbane HQ.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the People Integration and Logistics Manager, the role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with operations managers and other key stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on mobilisation and contingency planning.
- Identify and support the arrangement of permanent and temporary accommodation solutions by working with Operations and Onsite Managers and when necessary external stakeholders.
- Support the planning of various logístical and onboarding activities, e.g. furniture, transport etc.
- Book client requisites such as pre-employment medicals, Q-fever etc.
- Coordinate meet and greet for new starters.
- Issue and record gift vouchers, mobile phones, SIM cards etc. to new arrivals.
- Assist with organizing banking and travel to work.
- Collate mandatory documents.

**About You**:

- Should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in onsite management.
- Willing to travel on an ad hoc basis. You will be working out of our Brisbane HQ when not travelling.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer literacy.
