Ict Manager

**Role Description**
We’re looking for an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Manager to oversee our systems and maintain the day-to-day IT operations for the firm.

Located in
**Brisbane’s CBD**, you’ll also be responsible for:

- Delivering insight and advice for potential infrastructure or software investment decisions.
- Managing the ongoing maintenance of hardware and software for end users.
- Performing asset management activities (procurement, inventory tracking, distribution, etc.) with RPI’s ICT service providers.
- Managing creation and changes within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Managing the virtual desktop and server environment, ensuring high performance and availability of systems.
- Through our Managed Service Provider, overseeing the required system upgrades, patches, reconfigurations and maintenance activities.
- With the support of Office Coordinators, overseeing RPI’s network and communications solutions, including telephony, AV systems, Wi-Fi and firewalls, ensuring high uptime.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as an ICT Manager or ICT Operations Manager, and enjoy ‘hands on’ related IT work.

You will be the sole person (alongside RPI’s Management group, Corporate Services team and Managed Service Providers) overseeing IT matters for the business.

This role does not have any direct reports.

You’ll also need:

- Experience administering and maintaining cloud technologies, such as Office 365 & Microsoft Azure (required).
- Certifications or experience working with networking switches and firewalls (eg. Cisco) would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Certifications from Microsoft would be advantageous but are not essential.
