**UI Designer (Bilingual - Chinese & English)** The UI Designer will work closely with our product and development teams as well as our clients/customers to deliver "best-in-class" designs for our financial services customers. By identifying insights from customer research and market analysis and partnering with product owners to deliver strategic value in line with design intent, this role will contribute to the development and advancement of our current and future products. This role will also oversee all aspects of design for our digital products from customer ethnographic research, testing/iterating UI, translating into design specifications, new feature development, and UI improvements. With a strong focus on human-centered design, this role ensures we deliver a market-leading customer experience across our product range. **Key Responsibilities**: - Take responsibility for the overall user experience across our site and apps. - Identify issues and opportunities on a daily basis to improve the user experience at a site-wide and event-level driving immediate conversion rate improvements. - Work with key stakeholders to identify changes and opportunities that will improve business outcomes via proven methodologies. - Write user stories, and product requirements and describe technical system interactions. - Collaborate with project engineering teams to collate and prioritize user requirements. - Work with the designer who will bring your strategies to life by illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Ensure all documentation is maintained (e.g. requirements, design library, testing, interface, user guides, and related artifacts). **Key experience**: - Must have formal workplace experience - Chinese and English speaker - Experience and ability to work as a Graphic Designer - Accepting duties including some graphic design responsibility - Some UI experience or UI study knowledge.
