About the Role

As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you'll be part of a global design organization that spans multiple regions. Your work will focus on crafting clear, engaging, and user-centered content across a variety of experiences.

You'll collaborate closely with UX Writers, Conversation Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to define and implement content standards and systems. This includes writing for user interfaces and developing content for emerging generative AI experiences. You'll also help shape what great content looks like, build scalable guidelines, and evolve them as products grow and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, and other teams to deliver high-quality UX writing and generative AI content.
  • Conduct content audits and evaluations to assess and improve quality. Collaborate on system instructions for model training.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and systems that ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality content across user experiences.
