This leading University is currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for their Event Management project where they are introducing a solution to be integrated with the University's digital ecosystem to enable events marketing to constituents in a compliant and effective manner.

**Key activities**
- Work closely with the project team to develop Training Strategy and Training Schedule
- Develop and deliver training for affected groups, both on-line and facilitator lead as required
- Conduct adoption and usage reports
- Transition of project learning artefacts into BAU
- Troubleshoot system problems and escalate to the vendor where appropriate
- Work closely with the project Business Analysts to develop and align Work Instructions to Business Processes
- Develop or update work instructions (including instructional videos) where required
- Provide input and advise for support post training
- Develop Train Plan including identification of learning outcomes, determining appropriate delivery method

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in developing and delivering training on business processes and related technology platforms via electronic and digital channels
- Experienced in the use of JIRA, Confluence
- Familiarity in digital technologies such as Ecommerce (Adobe Magento), Campaign Asset Management and Events management systems
- An understanding of Design Thinking, HCD methodologies, Instructional Design Models and other theories
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Education industry experience is highly desirable
