With more than 70 years' experience in the building and home renovation markets, Stratco has become one of the largest producers and marketers of quality building and home improvement products and is actively pursuing a place on the world stage. Stratco now has state of the art manufacturing facilities in all mainland states of Australia along with a network of home improvement stores throughout the country.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and fastidious Payroll professional to become our group. Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a tight knit team located at our Adelaide head office in Gepps Cross.

**Key responsibilities**:

- End to end payroll processing
- Responding to payroll related queries
- Processing super, payroll tax & PAYG
- End of financial year payroll reconciliation & reporting
- End of month reporting
- Interpret industrial awards/agreements and relevant legislation
- Maintain payroll records

**Accordingly, we're looking for Adelaide's best, and an individual with a passion for all things payroll, possessing the following skills and attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated payroll experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise a high workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Aptitude to learn and a growth mindset
- Strong computer literacy - particularly with MS Excel
