is looking for a Planning Manager / Planning Team Lead to join our team in
Sydney, Central Coast, or Newcastle.

We're seeking someone who will be a great fit for our collaborative planning team and is ready to step into a leadership role to help guide and grow the team.

As a
Planning Manager / Team Lead
, you'll:

• Guide and mentor a team of passionate planners.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
• Lead projects that shape the future of urban and regional communities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Be a trusted voice in strategic decision-making and project delivery.
• Play a key role in helping BRS grow by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

About you:

• University Degree in Planning / Town Planning or equivalent, recognised by The Planning Institute of Australia.
• Minimum 10 years previous town planning experience and/or experience as a Planning Manager/Planning Team Lead within the consulting industry or equivalent
