is looking for a Planning Manager / Planning Team Lead to join our team in
Sydney, Central Coast, or Newcastle.
This is your chance to be part of a team that values collaboration, integrity, and impact. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of planning and infrastructure projects across locations in both NSW and Queensland. We're seeking someone who will be a great fit for our collaborative planning team and is ready to step into a leadership role to help guide and grow the team.

As a
Planning Manager / Team Lead
, you'll:
- Guide and mentor a team of passionate planners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
- Lead projects that shape the future of urban and regional communities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Be a trusted voice in strategic decision-making and project delivery.
- Play a key role in helping BRS grow by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
About you:
- University Degree in Planning / Town Planning or equivalent, recognised by The Planning Institute of Australia.
- Minimum 10 years previous town planning experience and/or experience as a Planning Manager/Planning Team Lead within the consulting industry or equivalent
