**Your new opportunity**:
The team at Penske Australia have an opportunity for a trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic to gain valuable experience, upskill and diversify your trade to give you the next step up in your career.
- Deliver effective training, activities and assessments in accordance with approved resources and other relevant documentation
- Conduct regular reviews and modifications of training requirements and resources to ensure recency and relevance
- Prepare quotations & business cases for new training opportunities
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure continuous improvement
- Record and report on training and assessment delivered to individuals and groups in accordance with records management procedures.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent with a commitment to upskilling
- Certificate IV in TAA/TAE is desirable
- Experience servicing MTU engines or similar
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Australian Navy platforms will be highly regarded
- Experience in diverse service work including diagnosis, servicing and minor/major repairs.
- Actively contribute towards an ongoing improvement culture in the safety, quality and productivity of the team.
