Be prepared to be pulled in several directions, whilst supporting the needs of the 400+ staff members across 14 sales offices and our corporate function. We’re excited to be advertising this position due to the promotion of an existing team member.
This is a full-time opportunity, available for immediate commencement (or we can work with your timeline) and will be based at our beautiful Head Office located on James Street.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and increase employee satisfaction and retention.
- Administer employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition out of the company.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees, including training sessions and career advancement programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a HR administration or coordinator role.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
