An exciting opportunity is now available to join the Total Asset Management Team as Fleet Administration Coordinator, on a permanent full time basis. This position is based at Nepean Hospital.

Your role as Fleet Administration Coordinator forms part of our Fleet Management Department within Total Asset Management (TAM) for NBMLHD.

Asset Management translates organisational objectives into asset-related decision, plans and activities using a risk-based approach to deliver defined service outcomes.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and professional customer service relating to all aspects of NBMLHD Fleet including implementing and monitoring policy to ensure compliance.

The role is responsible for multiple and varied transactional processes for fleet vehicles, financial functions and the effective day-to-day liaison with staff and service providers across the LHD.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Fleet Management policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands.
- Ability to interpret and process internal and external financial information with accurate detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of multiple platforms. e.g. Word, excel, PowerPoint, HealthRoster, Booking Intelligence, Navman Director or similar.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a forward thinking approach with the ability to deal with operational challenges.
- Offer insight into opportunities for cost reduction or savings to the LHD.
- Provide training and advice, including running reports in relation to Fleet Management
- Current Drivers Licence - and the ability to provide relief to mail run or provide fleet services across NBMLHD sites.
