**Your new role**
You will establish and build a Project Management Office (PMO) and will be the center of excellence for management, controls, guidance, documentation, metrics and training on the practice of project management, project governance and execution of all projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Defines project management governance, policies and procedures for the entire organisation and is accountable for them being followed

Continually streamlines and standardises processes and workflows in PM to align to the latest effective industry practices

Develops, applies and maintains the integrated project plan and comprehensive project management system including charter, scope, budget, risk, stakeholder, safety, environment, quality and communication management and other processes that projects shall adhere to

Ensures that multi-disciplinary projects (e.g. projects that involve multiple disciplines such as IT, Engineering, Operations) and properly defined and staffed
