Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, the Contract and Project Procurement Lead will be responsible for the successful procurement of contractors, goods and services as required in the delivery of the capital projects at Adelaide and Parafield Airports

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing, co-ordinating and managing procurement activities across Planning and Infrastructure Delivery
- Establishing, leading and executing category plans and strategies, including market approaches, procurement analysis, supplier development and evaluation through established KPI’s
- Conducting negotiations on critical, complex supply arrangements and managing contract negotiations to deliver favourable outcomes
- Developing and maintain a contractor and consultant panel to expediate delivery whilst ensuring value for money
- Assisting in the development and ongoing implementation/management of a Project Management Office/ PMO

**Key requirements include**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Contracts, Supply Chain Management or equivalent, ideally being a Certified Procurement Professional
- Demonstrable experience with capital projects procurement activities and contract negotiations
- Commercially astute, having experience in managing contractor/consultant panels
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders, ideally with some technical understanding ie Construction, mechanical/electrical/communication infrastructure
