SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for an experienced PMO Manager to join our newly created Transformation Office.

**About the opportunity**

Reporting into the General Manager Transformation, the PMO Manager will provide oversight, governance and leadership to the PMO team, and will act as a bridge between management, program teams and other business stakeholders to support the delivery of transformation change across the business. This will involve improving the current suite of program reporting and tools, management of program level budgets and financial forecasting, program resourcing and general PMO governance to assist deliver transformation programs on time and on budget. This role will also be responsible for managing third party relationships/vendors and program risk and issue management.

**About you**

You will have demonstrated success leading a PMO team and project delivery professionals, with extensive experience working in complex programs and projects in highly regulated industries/environments. You will be a self-starter who can deliver independently within agreed timeframes and be able to work across a range of methodologies. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage expectations across all levels will allow you to lead with confidence, coupled with an excellent ability to manage tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks concurrently. You will possess proven experience in the development of project management frameworks, reporting and templates, and will hold PRINCE2 or PMBOK related qualifications. This role will require strong financial and commercial acumen and will be a proven leader and change ambassador that is passionate about their craft.
