**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with our client's business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Overseeing procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship management to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
- Monitoring demand and supply trends, inventory levels, and lead times to optimize inventory management and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Collaborating closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, production scheduling, and on-time delivery to customers.
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining, and improved operational performance.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Managing risk within the supply chain, proactively addressing potential disruptions and implementing necessary contingency plans.
- Driving sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, advocating responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and environmentally-conscious practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered a plus.
- Proven experience 4+ years in supply chain management, demonstrating successful management of complex end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve targets and objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in supply chain management.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct, sustainability, and social responsibility.
