Supporting our Mining desk, we are on the hunt for a recruiter who aligns with our values of being Fun, Supportive, Collaborative and Agile. This newly created position will see you walk in to an already established client base with roles to fill from day 1. Bring your personality and flair to make this your own

**Skills and experience**:

- Have managed your own recruitment desk
- Experience recruiting for Mining positions (mechanical/fixed plant)
- Ability to manage your desk autonomously with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Hold a passion for exceptional service and communication

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage numerous existing client accounts and building/ retaining those relationships
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Work collaboratively with the entire team and contribute to the rich culture within the Mobilize team
